for 2 reasons. . .
1.Photoshop can do many things nowadays to make any pictures background look this incredible.
2.This image which youve said to have a slow shutter speed could not have possibly look this clean. Why?
Well for starters if you really were using a slow shutter speed the picture would have been wayyy to bright. and secondly there isnt a shutter speed slow enough to capture the slow movement of clouds. sorry im a professional photographer youre not fooling me.
